You will receive, check, pick, pack, and arrange goods following company procedures to ensure accuracy and quality. You will deliver and collect goods safely and on time, maintain inventory records, and uphold workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming goods to verify accuracy against invoices and packing lists, reporting any damaged or missing items immediately.
  • Pick and pack goods accurately according to company procedures to prepare for delivery.
  • Arrange goods systematically in the warehouse to maintain order and accessibility.
  • Verify outgoing goods to ensure correct items and quantities before delivery to customers.
  • Update inventory records accurately in the system to reflect current stock levels.
  • Load and unload goods safely using proper manual handling techniques to prevent injury and damage.
  • Maintain tidiness and care of warehouse equipment to support a safe working environment.
  • Follow workplace safety and health (WSH) procedures consistently to ensure a safe workplace.
  • Deliver and collect goods safely and punctually according to daily schedules and routes.
  • Secure goods properly during transport to prevent damage or loss.
  • Handle delivery and collection documents accurately and obtain customer acknowledgements.
  • Conduct basic vehicle checks and keep the vehicle clean to ensure operational readiness.
  • Report any vehicle issues, incidents, or delivery delays promptly to management.
  • Comply with Singapore traffic laws and company driving rules to maintain safety and legal standards.

Required competencies and certifications

  • Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
  • Ability to carry out manual handling tasks (e.g., lifting and moving cartons) using proper techniques.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Basic experience in warehouse operations including receiving, picking/packing, and inventory management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
