Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair roller shutters, industrial doors, and related systems.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client needs are met on-site.
- Conduct routine inspections and servicing to ensure equipment safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed and parts used.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a roller shutter engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Full UK driving license (or equivalent, if outside the UK).
- Relevant qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
