Technical/Site Supervisor – Electrical Bias

Location: St Paul\’s, London

Salary: Up to £52,000 Basic Salary + Private Medical Insurance

Position: Site Supervisor (Electrical Bias) – 40% hands off, 60% hands on. Requires technical strength.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs.
• Conduct RAMS & maintain logbooks up to date.
• Computer literate.
• Client-facing communication with the client.
• Technical knowledge in Facilities Maintenance.
• Manage a 2‑man site looking after 1 electrical engineer.

Requirements

• Level 3 & 17th Edition Electrical Qualifications (minimum).
• Previous experience as a team lead or supervisor.
• 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environment.
• Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical building services technical qualification.
