I'm recruiting on behalf of a tier one UK M&E Building Services Contractor, recognised for delivering high-value, technically complex MEP schemes across the critical services, life sciences & commercial office sectors. My client is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Lead to play a key role in the design & build delivery of a £42.5 million M&E life sciences and commercial office building in the Central London region.

What We're Looking For
- Over 10 years' experience in the MEP Building Services sector.
- No main contracting or client-side experience.
- Proven experience delivering £20M+ MEP packages from inception till completion.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems within a wider M&E context.
- Background with Tier 1 or major building services contractors.
- Confident managing fast-paced, technically complex schemes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities / Skills & Experience
- Lead full project lifecycle for large-scale M&E schemes, from pre-construction to handover.
- Oversee delivery of complex building services installations, including commissioning.
- Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and internal design and commercial departments.
- Maintain control of programme, quality, and safety standards throughout project duration.
- Interface with client and Tier 1 main contractor, acting as the electrical project lead.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant MEP and building services regulations.
Remuneration Package
- Basic salary up to £115,000 depending on experience.
- Full company benefits package (travel, pension, etc.).
