We are excited to present an opportunity for the role of a Mobile Electrical Engineer with a Leading Facilities Maintenance Provider looking after a commercial portfolio based around the Reading, Slough, Heathrow, Middlesex areas.

Location: Based around the Reading, Slough, Heathrow, Middlesex areas
Salary: Up to £42,000 + Van & Fuel Card
About The Role
Are you a skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer ready for a new challenge? Join an established Facilities Maintenance Provider and take your career to the next level!
We are seeking a Skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance to multiple commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities

  • PPM\’s.
  • Reactives.
  • Remedials.
  • AHU\’s/FCU\’s.
  • Boilers.
  • HVAC.
  • Complete mechanical and electrical tasks to ensure projects and improvements are implemented.
  • Manage planned and unplanned electrical work.
  • Maintain documented evidence for all departments in preparation for audits and legislative purpose.
  • Ensure high standards of Health and Safety at all times.
  • Ensure all work carried out to standard required by client.

  • Competitive basic salary of up to £42,000

Requirements

  • Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical technical qualification or has proven time served experience.
  • MUST HAVE 18th edition
  • 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
