About The Role

Are you a skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer ready for a new challenge? Join an established Facilities Maintenance Provider and take your career to the next level! We are seeking a Skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance to multiple commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • PPM's
  • Reactives
  • AHU's/FCU's
  • HVAC
  • Complete mechanical and electrical tasks to ensure projects and improvements are implemented.
  • Manage planned and unplanned electrical work.
  • Maintain documented evidence for all departments in preparation for audits and legislative purpose.
  • Ensure high standards of Health and Safety at all times.
  • Ensure all work carried out to standard required by client.

Package & Benefits

  • Competitive basic salary of up to £42,000
  • Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

Requirements

  • Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical technical qualification or has proven time served experience.
  • MUST HAVE 17th or 18th edition.
  • 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments.
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
