Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: £80,000 – £95,000 basic salary (including additional company benefits)

A market leading mechanical & electrical building services contractor are currently recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager, due to experiencing an exciting period of growth. Established in the mid 1980\’s, the business has continuously thrived for engineering excellence and as a result they have successfully developed several long-standing relationships with blue chip clients across the commercial, residential, healthcare, education and hotel/ leisure sectors.
With an annual turnover more than £100 million, the business now has an upcoming vacancy for a Mechanical Projcet Manager. Reporting directly to an Operations Director, this presents a fantastic career opportunity for an enthusiastic and technically astute Mechanical Project Manager, who seeks further career progression with the support from a cutting-edge business.
Duties & Responsibilities

Working in close liaison with the project stakeholders, while overseeing mechanical subcontract activity.
Ensuring safe management and control of mechanical services installation.
Overseeing daily site activity and oversee mechanical procedures/ processes.
Compiling weekly progress & performance reports.
Attending daily & weekly progress meetings, while acting as a company representative.
Acting as a key client point of contact for necessary action tasks.

Remuneration Package

A highly competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
