- Lead the full mechanical delivery of a flagship MEP fit‑out project, from pre‑construction through to commissioning and handover.
- Manage pre‑construction activities including design reviews, scope definition, programme planning, procurement strategy, and early‑stage coordination.
- Oversee and drive the mechanical installation process, ensuring all works are delivered to specification, quality standards, programme, and budget.
- Act as the primary client‑facing representative for mechanical services, building strong, long‑term relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead technical coordination with internal engineering teams, consultants, and specialist subcontractors to resolve design and installation challenges.
- Support commercial teams with cost control, procurement oversight, variations, value engineering and contract management.
- Ensure compliance with all industry standards, health & safety regulations, and QA/QC processes across site operations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery targets.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and performance validation prior to project completion.
- Mentor and support junior engineers and project teams, contributing to their long‑term development and growth.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, promoting innovation, collaboration, and high technical excellence within the project team.
- Demonstrate ambition to progress within the business, aligning with structured promotion pathways and leadership development opportunities.
