We are seeking an experienced General Manager to take full operational responsibility for a new, landmark mixed‐use building in London, located at London Liverpool Street.

Salary: ÂŁ95,000+ plus bonus.

Location: London, United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational management duties.
  • Build and manage a high‐performing on‐site hard and soft services team.
  • Maintain professional relationships with building tenants, retailers, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgets, service charge, and cost control.
  • Liaise with engineering and helpdesk teams to ensure smooth management.
  • Drive sustainability and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory, health and safety, and environmental obligations.
  • Provide occupants with an excellent in‐house experience.
  • Assume additional duties as required.

Candidate Specification

  • Experience as a managing agent in both hard and soft services.
  • Proven track record managing large‐scale, mixed‐use or high‐profile commercial buildings (200,000 sq ft+).
