We are seeking an experienced General Manager to take full operational responsibility for a new, landmark mixedâuse building in London, located at London Liverpool Street.
Salary: ÂŁ95,000+ plus bonus.
Location: London, United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational management duties.
- Build and manage a highâperforming onâsite hard and soft services team.
- Maintain professional relationships with building tenants, retailers, and stakeholders.
- Oversee financial management, including budgets, service charge, and cost control.
- Liaise with engineering and helpdesk teams to ensure smooth management.
- Drive sustainability and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory, health and safety, and environmental obligations.
- Provide occupants with an excellent inâhouse experience.
- Assume additional duties as required.
Candidate Specification
- Experience as a managing agent in both hard and soft services.
