Facilities Helpdesk Supervisor – Warrington – 30k – Permanent role. The client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Facilities Helpdesk Supervisor to join their busy team based in Warrington. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a FM Helpdesk role. Experience in the Healthcare arena would also be beneficial but is not essential.

The Role

This role is responsible for acting as a working supervisor, balancing helpdesk coordination duties with team leadership. You will support the Helpdesk Team in managing and delivering subcontractor, engineering, operational & project works, covering a portfolio of 35 NHS buildings across the North West & London areas, to provide maximum value and excellent customer service to its client.

  • PPMs and Reactive task Completion
  • One to Ones with the team
  • Ensuring tasks are completed and closed down
