General Manager – Property Management, London
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to take full operational responsibility for a new, landmark mixed‑use building in London, located at London Liverpool Street.
Salary: ÂŁ95,000+ plus bonus.
Location: London, United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational management duties.
- Build and manage a high‑performing on‑site hard and soft services team.
- Maintain professional relationships with building tenants, retailers, and stakeholders.
- Oversee financial management, including budgets, service charge, and cost control.
- Liaise with engineering and helpdesk teams to ensure smooth management.
- Drive sustainability and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory, health and safety, and environmental obligations.
- Provide occupants with an excellent in‑house experience.
- Assume additional duties as required.
Candidate Specification
- Experience as a managing agent in both hard and soft services.
- Proven track record managing large‑scale, mixed‑use or high‑profile commercial buildings (200,000 sq ft+).
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
- Experience managing complex service delivery during mobilisation and steady‑state phases.
- Stakeholder management and communication.
- Good understanding of financial and operational management.
- Commitment to outstanding customer service and operational excellence.
