GH Engage are currently seeking a General Maintenance Operative to join a leading building services provider to deliver Fabric maintenance to a prestigious commercial site in London.
As a General Maintenance Operative, you will support the engineering team in delivering building fabric maintenance to a tenanted commercial office.
Duties:
- Client-facing; you will deal with stakeholders at all levels on a daily basis, so will need to communicate in a clear and polite manner.
- Escorting and supervising specialist sub-contractors on site.
- Engineering maintenance including but not limited to:
- Door fixtures and fittings.
- Painting & decorating.
- Light fittings and fixtures / changing lamps.
- Maintenance of macerators.
- Small plumbing works.
Package:
- Salary: up to £42,000.
- Monday to Friday; 8 am to 5 pm.
- 25 days annual leave.

Requirements:
- Level 2 qualification in electrical/mechanical/AC/plumbing.
