A well-established Mechanical & Electrical Contractor in London is seeking an Electrical Site Manager for their landmark residential project in Northwest London.
For the past decade, my client has been a partner of choice to a number of tier one developers and main contractors in the high-end residential, mixed-use & hotel & leisure sectors. Officially one of the fastest growing Building Services contractors in London, this growth has stemmed from proactive quick deliveries ensuring quality installations whilst maintaining their family-driven business ethos.
Evidence of this expansion is the reason why my client is recruiting; they are looking to attract an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join their team to deliver a major residential development in Northwest London valued at £20 million M&E. The scope of this project includes over 400 units of mixed accommodation. This opportunity has progression available to an Electrical Project Manager by November next year, all going well.

Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Residential project experience from inception to completion is required.
- Electrical Qualifications.
- Experience as an Electrical Site Manager.
- Reporting to the Project Manager.
- Engaging with and attending meetings with the Project Management team.
- Confirming design plans with surveyors, architects, and engineers.
- Managing and overseeing the construction plans.
- Procurement of building materials and equipment.
- Ensuring the project is always within construction time constraints and budgets.
- Managing and developing relationships with your teams.
- Liaising on behalf of the company with the client.
- Providing weekly and monthly plans and forecasts to clients via phone, email, or meetings.
