  • Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
  • Competent electrical & mechanical knowledge
  • Computer literate
  • Client facing skills to communicate with the client
  • Technical knowledge in Facilities Maintenance
Package & Benefits
  • Competitive basic salary of up to £46,000
  • Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • Large amounts of Overtime Available
  • Callout frequency is 1 in every 6 weeks
  • 25 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays
Requirements
  • Level 3 & 17th Edition Electrical Qualifications (minimum)
  • Previous experience as a time-served engineer
  • 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environment
  • Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical building services technical qualification
