Exciting Career Opportunity: Static Electrical Engineer – Up to £48,000
Location: Farringdon, Central London
Salary: Up to £48,000 + Benefits
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

About The Role
As a Static Electrical Engineer, you\’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimising the electrical and building services within a high-profile commercial building. This is a site-based position, meaning no travel between locations – just a stable, central role within a professional environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include

Performing planned and reactive electrical maintenance
Diagnosing and repairing building services systems (including HVAC, lighting, and power)
Ensuring all work complies with health & safety standards
Collaborating with on-site teams to deliver top-tier facilities support

Who We\’re Looking For
We\’re seeking a reliable and motivated engineer with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role within commercial facilities maintenance
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation or Building Services (Essential)
Solid knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
