About The Role

Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineer looking for a new challenge? Join an established Client Side company and take your career to the next level! We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in mechanical systems and a proven track record in maintaining and ensuring the compliance of mechanical systems in commercial environments. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems for a high-end corporate site.

Key Responsibilities

  • PPM\’s and Reactive works
  • HVAC Maintenance
  • AHU\’s & FCU\’s
  • Plumbing maintenance
  • Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
  • Updating site log books
  • Provide further works reports where required
  • Completing all works to a high standard
  • Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared and used for all tasks
  • General Building maintenance electrical or mechanical

Package & Benefits

  • Competitive basic salary of up to £46,500

Requirements

  • Relevant mechanical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds or similar)

  • Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
