Do you have a background in building services, maintenance, and building fabric; carpentry, painting & decorating, roofing, etc? Are you interested in working with a portfolio of incredible buildings across Northwest London? Do you have Contract Management experience in FM/building maintenance? As Contract Manager for a boutique but established service provider for facilities and building maintenance, you will deliver a building maintenance contract to a portfolio of interesting sites around Northwest London.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Management of a team of circa 4 Technicians, providing technical support as required.
  • Managing and implementing effective Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
  • Financial management of a c£1m budget, WIP, & debt, within agreed targets.
  • Costing & supervising reactive repairs & projects.
  • Management of specialist sub-contractors.
  • Driving compliance across the contract.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

  • IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent Health & Safety qualification, CSCS card.
  • Time served in a building fabric discipline; carpentry, painting & decorating, roofing, plastering, tiling, flooring, doors & locks, etc.
  • Ideally an industry qualification.
  • Experience managing an engineering team throughout multiple sites.
