We are working with a respected building services provider seeking a well-presented, client-facing mechanical engineer for a high-profile commercial site in Central London.
This role is suitable for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys a varied role and direct interaction with clients and subcontractors.
Responsibilities:- General building maintenance & L8 Water Treatment
- Mechanical PPMs & HVAC systems
- Pressurization units & pumps
- Cooling towers
- Escorting subcontractors and ensuring compliance with site protocols
- Occasional support for FCU shutdowns and planned overtime works
- Qualified in a plumbing or mechanical diploma/equivalent
- Experience in an HVAC or maintenance role, ideally within commercial buildings
- Confident, professional, and well-spoken – able to liaise directly with clients and senior stakeholders
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Ensures a clean, safe, and functional working environment
- £48,000 salary
