We are currently seeking a confident and meticulous Executive Assistant for one of our clients. The successful applicant will be working directly with the company director to offer valuable support to achieve the organisation's strategic goals and personal requirements. The role involves liaising with external and internal departments such as solicitors, accountants, agents and other contractors (hair and makeup). The ideal candidate would also be in control of diary management, day to day errands and travel planning. You will need to have great attention to detail, be able to provide uncompromising confidentiality, exude confidence and professionalism. This role will be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm however flexibility is needed. We are seeking an individual who has experience working within a corporate/ professional environment.. 3+ years experience as an EA or PA is essential. Applications will be reviewed on a daily basis.
