About Yuzefi

Yuzefi is a London-based luxury fashion brand renowned for its sculptural, modern,

and non-conformist designs across handbags, ready-to-wear, and accessories.

The brand is known for its attention to detail, craftsmanship, and bold design

sensibility, combining luxury materials with unconventional, statement-making

silhouettes. The Production team plays a critical role in ensuring that Yuzefi’s

creative vision is accurately and efficiently realised across all collections.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Production Product

Development Assistant to join the Yuzefi team. This role bridges the gap between

product development and production, supporting the entire product lifecycle across

Ready-to-Wear (RTW), Footwear, and Accessories. This role provides essential

support across sample management, internal administration, fit sessions, and

logistics. The Production Assistant ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the

Product Development and Production teams, maintaining organisation, supporting

internal processes, and facilitating communication between design, production, and

suppliers. This is a hands-on, operational role requiring meticulous attention to

detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

and is looking to deepen their experience in fashion production and product

development.

Key Responsibilities

Production Coordination

  • Support production management across multiple product categories and

suppliers.

  • Maintain and update WIP reports, critical path calendars, and production

trackers.

  • Follow up with factories to ensure on-time delivery of bulk according to

seasonal timelines.

  • Monitor raw material deliveries and ensure timely receipt of fabrics, leathers,

trims, and components.

Product Development Support

  • Help prepare tech packs, BOMs (Bills of Materials), and spec sheets for

supplier handover.

  • Track the development of prototypes, SMS (salesman samples), and PPS

(pre-production samples).

  • Assist with compiling and updating product cost sheets during development

stages.

  • Support the creation of style codes and input of product data into internal

systems such as Zedonk.

Sample & Colour Card Management

  • Maintain a well-organised and clearly labelled sample library across RTW,

Footwear, and Accessories.

  • Track all sample movements and manage bookings for internal use and

external sends.

  • Organize and update seasonal colour cards, fabric swatches, and trim

references for internal departments.

  • Support internal meetings and fittings by preparing relevant sample and

swatch references.

Fit Session Support

  • Prepare and organise samples for fit sessions in collaboration with technical

and design teams.

  • Take clear, accurate notes during fit sessions and upload comments to fit

trackers.

  • Ensure sample versions and changes are tracked and communicated

correctly.

Supplier & Internal Communication

  • Act as day-to-day contact point for suppliers on sample status and production

queries.

  • Coordinate approvals for lab dips, strike-offs, trims, leather swatches, and

other development materials.

Logistics & Shipping Administration

  • Arrange and track sample shipments and internal document sends (e.g. DHL).
  • Prepare packing lists and shipping documentation for deliveries to warehouse

or showroom.

  • Track inbound deliveries of bulk and samples; create ASNs and booking

documents as needed.

  • Check and log courier invoices for accounting and reconciliation purposes.

Internal Admin & Process Management

  • Keep production trackers, line lists, and collection overviews up to date.
  • Support general document filing and management across shared drives and

team systems.

  • Assist with reporting tasks, supplier performance analysis, and recap

documents.

  • Log and file supplier and courier invoices for internal approval processes.
  • Support cross-referencing and reconciliation with delivery and PO records.

Intern Oversight

  • Supervise and delegate tasks to the PD/Production intern (e.g., sample

handling, filing swatches).

  • Provide clear guidance, review work, and ensure intern output aligns with

team quality standards.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a similar fashion production or product development

role.

  • Strong understanding of fashion production timelines, sample stages, and

development processes.

  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to

multitask.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and experience with Zedonk or

similar PLM/ERP systems.

  • Confident communicator with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and

meet deadlines.

  • Comfortable handling logistics, document management, and

administrative tasks with accuracy.

What We Offer:

  • Exposure to all stages of product development and production across multiple

categories.

  • Opportunities for hands-on learning in a collaborative and creative studio

environment.
