We're proudly rooted in responsible design, with a strong commitment to sustainability, ethical production, and creating microplastic-free clothing using low-impact, high-quality materials. As we enter our next phase of rapid global growth—fuelled by a newly formed partnership with a leading global distributor—we are scaling our operations and international reach. We're looking for visionary, hands-on team members who want to grow with us.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Head of Production to lead all aspects of RTW and Accessories production at Yuzefi. This is a high-impact leadership role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to shape the operational engine of a brand on a rapid upward trajectory. You’ll work closely with the CEO and Commercial Director, managing a small but growing team (including a Product Development Manager and Production Coordinator) to deliver exceptional product—on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a unique opportunity to bring structure, process, and strategic thinking to a creative brand that’s scaling globally, all while staying true to our values of craftsmanship and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the production lifecycle across Ready-to-Wear and Handbags
- Set and manage the critical path in line with the seasonal calendar and brand objectives
- Ensure timely raw material bookings and inventory oversight, aligning with sustainable sourcing goals
- Negotiate pricing and delivery with suppliers, always with a focus on improving margins and maintaining quality
- Launch and oversee Pre-Production Samples (PPS) and ensure smooth handoff to manufacturing
- Input and manage purchase orders, RM inventory, and deliveries using Zedonk
- Maintain strong daily communication with manufacturers and suppliers to problem-solve and stay ahead of timelines
- Source and onboard suppliers who align with our ethical, environmental, and quality standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, and commercial teams to ensure production supports brand growth
- Mentor and develop your team, leading with both detail and vision
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in fashion production, ideally across both RTW and Accessories
- Experience in startup or scale-up fashion brands, with a bias for action and ownership
- Deep understanding of responsible sourcing, natural materials, and sustainable production methods
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of improving margins and on-time delivery
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Confident using systems like Zedonk, and eager to optimise tools and processes as the business grows
- Passionate about building the future of fashion through better practices and better product
What You’ll Get
- Competitive salary, based on experience
- Performance-based bonus structure tied to margin improvement, quality, and on-time delivery
- A seat at the table in a globally recognised, values-driven brand
- The opportunity to build scalable systems and shape the future of production at Yuzefi
- A collaborative, ambitious culture that rewards initiative and ideas
- Exposure to an international growth journey, supported by a world-class distribution partner
- Real opportunity for career progression as the business continues to grow
