This position covers the full Yuwell product portfolio, including homecare devices, patient monitoring solutions, respiratory products, acute care equipment, and clinical diagnostic technologies.
The role focuses on new business development, strengthening distributor relationships, increasing market penetration, and delivering sustainable revenue growth within the UK healthcare landscape, including the NHS, private healthcare providers, primary care networks, and retail pharmacy chains.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a UK-specific sales strategy aligned with Yuwell's broader European growth objectives.
- Identify, engage, and acquire new customers across NHS Trusts, private hospitals, community care providers, and retail partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, strategic partners, procurement bodies, and healthcare decision-makers.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract agreements to ensure competitive positioning and long-term partnership value.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, supply chain, and customer support teams to ensure smooth market execution and an exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor UK market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments, providing regular insights and performance updates to leadership.
