Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and edit diverse communication materials including blogs, case studies, training content, website updates, and internal reports.
  • Translate technical information into clear, accessible language tailored to various audiences.
  • Create content for newsletters, press releases, and social media channels based on technical input.
  • Coordinate communication efforts between the Technical Division and Communications Department.
  • Manage timelines for deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Support the development and execution of communication strategies for technical projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain records of outputs and assist in preparing presentations and briefing notes.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, environmental studies, international relations, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in communications, ideally within sustainability, climate change, or development sectors.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent organizational skills with resilience under pressure.
  • Familiarity with communication tools such as Mailchimp, CMS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
