We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 22:00.

The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will support the smooth running of our Northampton warehouse operation. Day-to-day, you will manage inbound and outbound activities, safely handle goods, follow manual handling procedures, and ensure all health and safety regulations are met. You’ll also assist the Warehouse Team Leader and may step up as acting Supervisor when required, helping to maintain seamless operations and support continuous improvement.
About You
To be considered as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:
- Previous warehouse experience
- An awareness of manual handling techniques
- A Reach truck licence
Supervisory experience would be beneficial to your application. Please note, the successful candidate will be required to pass a DBS (criminal record) check and provide a five year checkable work history.
