Yusen Logistics is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager for our Erith site, Dartford. You will own day-to-day operations, lead the warehouse team, embed health and safety, recruit, train, and manage performance, while ensuring procedures are followed and costs stay in line with budget.
You'll drive KPI tracking, supervise contractors, handle investigations, and act as main contact for customer queries outside hours.
