We are currently recruiting a Warehouse General Operative to join our team at our established site in Leeds on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday (finishing your shift on Saturday AM), on a 22:00 to 06:30 shift pattern.

The Role
As a Warehouse General Operative, you will perform a variety of warehouse duties to support nightshift operations at our site in Leeds, for our key Howdens contract. You will receive, pick, put away, replenish, and dispatch items in an efficient, safe, and timely manner. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will ensure all equipment checks are carried out in accordance with procedures and raise any defects to your line manager.
About You
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment
- An awareness of manual handling techniques
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- At a minimum, GCSEs (or equivalent) and a good understanding of written and verbal English
