This is an exciting opportunity to join a team dedicated to delivering leadership and management development across Europe. We are looking for a Regional Talent and Development Administrator Apprentice to join our existing European Talent and Development team in Nottinghamshire (NG15 0DR). Reporting to the Regional Talent and Development Manager, you will provide accurate and timely admin support to ensure the Talent and Development team provides an effective service to the staff and management of Yusen Logistics European Region.
Your Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship will be delivered by West Notts College, typically 15-18 months in length, you will attend a masterclass once per month in person at college; at current it’s 9 over the 15 months learning period. The role will offer a salary of £17,425, working Monday - Friday 9am -5pm (37.5 hours). You will be required to attend the office typically 1 day per week, (Thursdays) with the flexibility to go in on additional days as required.

Main Responsibilities
- Schedule face to face and webinar activity, send joining instructions, book bedrooms, meeting rooms and restaurants, finalise menu selections, invite guest speakers, organise tours for participants and facilitators.
- Print and collate development materials and travel information for overnight stays and any special requests or dietary requirements.
- Organise completion of psychometric profiles for events.
- Mailbox management; responding to administration requests in a timely manner, ensuring queries are all dealt with and action is taken where required.
- Monitor and report on attendance, online learning and pre-course work completion.
- Provide excellent customer service to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Organise Calibration meetings, development centres, invite participants and facilitators, book rooms, arrange psychometric profiles.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices.
- Completion of any other ad hoc duties as required.
