We are currently looking for a VNA Driver (referred to internally as a Warehouse Operative) to join us at our site in Northampton GP3 (NN4 5FB) on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday on the PM shift (2pm to 10pm).

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with a valid VNA licence to join our forward-thinking organisation. The Role:
As a VNA Driver, you will support the smooth and efficient running of our Northampton warehouse operations, handling goods safely across inbound and outbound processes. You will move and store products using a VNA forklift truck and other equipment, ensuring items are handled correctly to minimise damage and maintain safe working practices. Working in a regulated environment, you will follow procedures closely to support accuracy and efficiency across the site. You will also uphold high health and safety standards, carrying out equipment checks and reporting any issues promptly to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
About You:
To be considered as a VNA Driver, you will need:
- Proven experience working in a similar role within a warehouse environment
- A valid VNA Licence
- A flexible, proactive attitude
- Good general IT skills
- An awareness of manual handling techniques
- The ability to adapt to changing demands and meet deadlines
