In this role, you will ensure the timely and efficient scheduling and planning of all PPM maintenance activities across the Sustainability Distribution Centre (SDC) site. The role is site-based at SDC (NN7 2FR), working Monday to Friday, and offers a salary of £27,751.51 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the Facilities Job Logic Maintenance System
  • Proactively plan and arrange PPM maintenance visits to suit customer and supplier availability
  • Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety procedures, including arranging timely High Risk sign-offs for PPM activities
  • Demonstrate flexibility by stepping in to handle additional work during busy periods
  • Proactively review and refine administrative processes to support greater efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and contractors to ensure compliance and quality standards are met
Key Requirements and Skills
  • Experience within a Facilities or planning Team is preferable
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrates strong organisational capability and effective time management
  • Demonstrates flexibility and a positive approach to change
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Able to build rapport quickly and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Brings strong enthusiasm, drive and motivation to the role
