The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Executive with strong capability in brand stewardship, creative campaign development, multi-channel execution, and market intelligence gathering to join our innovative team in Northampton.
You will be responsible for shaping and delivering high-impact campaigns that elevate Yusen Logistics’ brand, enhance customer engagement, and position us as a leader across our core industries.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical ability, and hands-on execution.
You will bring brand narratives to life across advertising, digital, social, events, video, ESG storytelling, and thought leadership, using insights, data, and competitor intelligence to maximise campaign performance and ensure continuous improvement.
The position will offer a salary of £30,000 - £34,000 (DOE) and will be based at our Northampton SDC site (NN7 2FR) with an opportunity to work from home up to 4 days per week (subject to business requirements).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, advertising, and email channels.
- Provide communications support.
- Keep up-to-date with marketing best practices, industry innovations, digital trends, and new technologies.
- Conduct continuous market and competitor analysis, seeking and implementing opportunities for improvement.
- Measure campaign effectiveness through KPIs, ROI analysis, performance dashboards, and insight reporting.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to provide marketing guidance on branding, campaigns, content, and channel strategy.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience working in a similar marketing role, particularly marketing communications, brand marketing or campaign delivery roles.
- Proven experience designing and delivering multi-channel campaigns with measurable results.
- Excellent analytical capability with an ability to interpret data and present insights.
- Strategic thinker, able to translate business priorities into impactful marketing activity.
- Good IT skills (including use of Microsoft Power Point and Adobe packages) and experience using marketing automation tools such as Hub Spot, CRM Dynamics and Google Analytics is desirable.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, working to tight deadlines and using their own initiative.
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional qualification (e. g. CIM) is desirable, but not essential.
