We are now recruiting for a Graduate Trainee for our full‑time, two‑year Graduate Programme, starting in September 2026. This is a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic logistics or business graduate to gain valuable skills and develop a career with our well‑established, global logistics company. The Role
You will complete a series of placements, each lasting 3‑6 months, and learn a diverse skillset across different UK locations, including Northampton, Milton Keynes, Derby and others. You will need to be flexible and prepared to move locations during the programme.
- Healthcare – manage relationships with courier partners, coordinate deliveries of healthcare products across Europe, and ensure medication transport meets legal and safety regulations.
- Transport – learn about running a large transport network, brief drivers, manage and report KPIs, and plan fleet operations.
- International Freight Forwarding – understand cargo management basics, import and export procedures, experience customer meetings, and gain insight into Japanese culture.
- Business Solutions – calculate storage space needs, apply cost models to business tenders, and understand the tendering process for multi‑million‑pound contracts.
- Continuous Improvement – apply Kaizen principles by mapping end‑to‑end processes, supporting warehouse and transport operations, and improving business productivity.
Additional support includes formal and on‑the‑job training, matched to a high‑level Mentor and Buddy.

About You
- At least a 2:2 logistics or business degree (or equivalent) with an anticipated graduation date of summer 2024
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
