As a Warehouse General Operative, you will perform a variety of warehouse duties to support nightshift operations at our site in Leeds, for our key Howdens contract. You will receive, pick, put away, replenish, and dispatch items in an efficient, safe, and timely manner. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will ensure all equipment checks are carried out in accordance with procedures and raise any defects to your line manager.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Awareness of manual handling techniques.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail.
  • At a minimum, GCSEs (or equivalent) and a good understanding of written and verbal English.
