We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven FLT Drivers to join us at our Derby site (DE65 6BG) on a permanent, full-time basis, working 22:00–06:30, Sunday to Friday morning.

This is a terrific opportunity for experienced warehouse professionals with a valid FLT counterbalance licence and strong attention to detail to join our forward-thinking organisation. You’ll have the chance to build on your existing warehouse experience within a busy night operation, working as part of a supportive team and developing your skills across a broad range of warehouse activities.

As an FLT Driver, you will help keep our Derby warehouse running smoothly by supporting the safe movement, storage and dispatch of goods. Operating a forklift truck, you will load and unload LGV vehicles, pick stock and prepare products for dispatch. You will also support general warehouse activities, including receiving goods, replenishment, palletising and manual handling tasks.

Additionally, you will:

  • Complete loading and unloading paperwork for audit purposes
  • Carry out equipment checks and report any defects
  • Follow all health and safety procedures, including PPE requirements
  • Report any issues or concerns to your line manager

About You

To be considered as an FLT Driver, you will need:

  • Previous warehouse experience and experience of manual handling
  • An FLT counterbalance licence (with a minimum of 12 months’ experience)
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Attention to detail

Please note, this role involves regular manual handling, including lifting, carrying and bending throughout the shift. Full training and appropriate equipment will be provided to help you work safely and effectively.
