We are looking for a Design Manager based in the UK with a remote work setup who will take ownership of our global brand execution and elevate the quality, consistency and impact of all visual communications across the business. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the heart of our Corporate Brand Team, working closely with marketing, communications, leadership and external agencies to shape and strengthen the Yusen Logistics brand on a global scale.

Your role

As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, quality and consistency of all brand and design outputs across the organisation. You will act as the central point of contact for design requests, ensuring that all visual assets align with our global brand standards and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the creation of high-quality visual assets across campaigns, digital content, print materials, presentations and brand communications
  • Reviewing and managing incoming design requests from across the business
  • Creating and maintaining scalable design templates for regional and global teams
  • Providing hands-on design support for high-impact and strategic projects
  • Managing and continuously improving corporate brand guidelines and visual identity standards
  • Supporting the implementation and management of a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform
  • Ensuring all assets are aligned with brand, quality and governance standards
  • Conducting brand audits to ensure consistency and identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, communications, digital and external agencies
  • Translating business needs into clear, effective and high-impact design solutions
  • Identifying opportunities to improve design processes, efficiency and scalability

You will play a key role in building a more structured, scalable and future-proof brand environment across Yusen Logistics.

What you bring

We are looking for a creative professional who combines strong design expertise with a structured and business-oriented mindset.

  • Experience as a Designer or Design Lead, ideally in an international or B2B environment
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience with brand guidelines, templates and visual identity management
  • Experience working with stakeholders and/or external agencies
  • The ability to deliver a wide range of design assets across digital and print
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems and/or tools like Figma is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and consistency
  • A clear communicator who can translate business needs into design
  • Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders’ expectations
  • Comfortable working across teams, regions and cultures (flexibility to work around different time zones will be required)
