We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven FLT Drivers (Team Members) to join us at our Widnes site (WA8 0ZU) on a permanent, full-time basis. You will work the night shift starting Monday evening until Saturday morning, 22:00-06:30 and may occasionally be required to work overtime to support business needs.

The Role
As an FLT Driver, you will support the safe and efficient day-to-day running of our Widnes warehouse during nights, ensuring goods are handled, stored and dispatched accurately. Operating a counterbalance forklift truck, you will safely load and unload LGVs, ensuring products are moved efficiently while minimising damage and maintaining high standards of safety. You’ll also support a range of warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, replenishment, put away and dispatch, working collaboratively with colleagues to help deliver an efficient, high-quality service. Additionally, you will:
- Follow safe manual handling practices
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and procedures
- Adhere to company policies, standards of behaviour and health and safety requirements
- Complete routine equipment checks and report any defects or concerns promptly
About You
To be considered as an FLT Driver, you will need:
- Previous warehouse experience and experience of manual handling
- An FLT counterbalance licence (with a minimum of 12 months’ experience)
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail
