The working pattern for this role is typically 08:00 to 16:30, predominantly Monday to Friday with 2 days working from home. The Role As a Logistics Co-ordinator, you will support Healthcare Operations and the Yusen Control Tower, ensuring service excellence for our final mile contracts. Responsibilities include overseeing supplier warehouse and transportation activities, maintaining communication with suppliers and customers, supporting continuous improvement, analyzing data, and maintaining accurate records. Coordinate daily tasks with the Supply Chain Manager Provide operational support to team members, including cross-training for holidays and absences Participate in customer and supplier review meetings About You To be considered, you should have: Experience in a similar logistics role, preferably within 3PL/4PL environments Language skills in Polish, Spanish, French, or German Ability to build relationships at various levels within the organization and with clients Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Other titles for this role may include Transport Co-ordinator or Supply Chain Co-ordinator.
