The Role

We are currently seeking a Compliance Supervisor to help manage the daily activities of our Northampton Panattoni site (NN7 4DE).

The successful candidate will be eager to learn and get stuck into all areas of the operation to help drive a safe, compliant and high performing working environment.

The working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, with opportunity for paid overtime.

The role will offer a salary of £33,287.05 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for site administration in relation to Health & Safety, HR, personnel, etc and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant to relevant legislative requirements.
  • Work with site management, maintenance and Health & Safety teams to manage repairs, audits, assessments and any necessary actions.
  • Maintain and update all site notice boards including shadow boards and first aid boards.
  • Participate in site management meetings.
  • Management of site Sign in app and training database.
  • Ensure all statutory checks are completed (call point testing / fire exit checks / spill kit / fire extinguishers, etc).
  • Prepare accurate KPI reports for management.
  • Continuously look to improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency and improvement in operations and compliance.
  • Key Experience
  • Proven administration experience working within a logistics or similar environment.
  • Good IT skills including use of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Power Point and Excel).
  • Experience of warehouse management systems is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO13485, ISO28000, ISO45001, ISO14001 is desirable (but not essential).
  • Good communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and professional approach.
