As a company dedicated to continuous improvement, we seek enthusiastic and driven Warehouse Team Members (FLT Drivers) for our Derby site (DE65 6BG).
As a team member you will support the effective running of the warehouse operation through tasks such as loading and unloading LGV vehicles, operating a forklift truck, picking and palletising products. Work schedule is Sunday evenings to Friday mornings, 22:00‑06:30, with occasional overtime as required to meet business needs.

Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload products onto trailers, ensuring all company procedures are adhered to.
- Handle goods in the correct manner to minimise damage and follow manual handling techniques to prevent injury.
- Complete relevant paperwork to confirm loading and unloading activities for audit purposes.
- Carry out additional warehouse tasks to support the effective running of the warehouse.
- Participate in receiving, picking, put‑away, replenishment and dispatch activities.
- Engage in general warehouse duties that involve manual handling.
- Continuously look for process improvements to drive efficiency and customer service.
- Communicate any concerns, issues or variations to the line manager promptly.
- Adhere to all company procedures including absence, performance, behaviour standards and company values.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and use PPE; report any concerns promptly.
- Conduct equipment checks according to procedure and report defects.
Key Skills and Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is essential.
- Awareness of manual handling techniques is an advantage.
- FLT counterbalance licence with at least 12 months of experience.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
