Yusen Logistics Group is seeking a Reward Analyst to support the Reward Manager with specialist advice on pay, pensions and employee benefits. The role is full-time, based at our Annesley site with remote work options up to four days per week and a Tuesday office-based day.
You will analyse salary benchmarking, provide data-driven pay modelling, assist with annual reviews and respond to employee requests, while ensuring compliance with auto-enrolment and HMRC rules.
