The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and writing various types of user documentation, including how-to guides, manuals, references, or instructions. This candidate should have strong communication skills which enable them to explain complicated concepts in a simple manner. This individual will also meet with customer representatives frequently in order to understand required content.
Must haves:
- They need to understand the current GenAI / AI landscape and express their point of view.
- Be familiar with or worked on related topics such as prompt engineering, model evaluation, model safety, data quality (this is not an exclusive list, just to flag as potential examples).
- Created and delivered tech documentation, “how to” resources and training programs across AI/ML engineering workflows and processes for educational purposes to new/less experienced as well as seasoned SWEs.
- Experience with delivering various workshops and training programs on these topics is an advantage.
