We are seeking an experienced CRM Implementation Consultant to execute a newly designed CRM and marketing technology architecture. You will own the technical configuration, integrations, data migration, and team handover through to launch.
The Tech Stack & Workflow:
- Wix: Website CMS and initial lead capture.
- Mailchimp: GDPR-compliant forms, consent tracking, and nurture journeys.
- Pipedrive: Central CRM and sales pipeline management.
- Outfunnel: Marketing activity sync and automated lead scoring between Mailchimp and Pipedrive.
- Scoro & ScoreApp: Opportunity management, revenue tracking, and project delivery.
- Zapier: Integration layer connecting Scoro, ScoreApp, and other non-native workflows.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Architecture Validation: Review the proposed setup and recommend optimizations.
- Configuration & Integration: Fully set up Pipedrive, Mailchimp, Outfunnel, and custom Zapier automations.
- Data & Automation: Migrate legacy data, build nurture journeys, and configure lead scoring.
