Cover needed:
- 21st May – handover – 1 day
- 26th May to 28th May (Tue to Thu) – 3 days
- 1st June to 4th June (Mon to Thu) – 4 days

Our client Mantle Public UK are looking for a receptionist to cover select days over May and June.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Facilities mailbox
- Processing all guests and visiting staff
- Switchboard – handling incoming and outgoing calls
- Arrange DHL courier/Royal Mail bookings as required
- Manage Parliament and Big Ben meeting rooms bookings, plus any ad hoc room bookings
- Meeting room management – ensuring layout and connections are as they should be
- Arrange refreshments and catering for meetings when required
- Liaising with onsite team LES on maintenance required within the office
- Ensuring new starters laptop and IT accessories issued - TBC
- Collecting leavers returned kit (passes, keys, laptops, raising IT tickets, mobile phone returns etc)
- Locker, office & building pass management
- Hospitality & catering orders for client meetings and events, to include stocking the events fridge
- All office suppliers’ orders - for example Zepbrook, Lyreco etc
- Printer Management (troubleshooting, assisting staff if problems arise)
- Go through meeting room calendars ensuring all set-up/clear-up, catering and maintenance are booked
- Maintaining post & stationary cupboards (sending reminders, tidying - placing orders and restocking)
- Weekly audits of guest passes and make sure all accounted for and returned
- Working with building management/security - forwarding information and updates
- Check & reset all meeting rooms (cables, furniture, broken chairs etc)
- Scanning unnamed post and sending it to relevant departments
- Follow our BCP plan in case of emergency
