Job title: Analytics Engineer Duration: 6 months Role type: Full time Location: Remote, UK based Rate: £450 - £500 per day Start: ASAP About the role: We are seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our team on a contractual basis, to begin at the start of July. This is a critical role where you will be working on data-driven projects primarily within the Energy sector. The role demands strong analytical capabilities and the ability to transform data insights into actionable outcomes. Key responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions using Databricks. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements. Integrate new data sources and manage ETL processes. Optimise and enhance the performance of complex SQL queries. Role requirements: Extensive experience with SQL and Databricks, pivotal for managing large datasets and data infrastructure. Preferred experience in data engineering, particularly with system integrations. Familiarity with the Energy sector to quickly adapt and effectively contribute to the project. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressing timelines.
