Our client, a large travel technology company, is looking for a midweight Designer to support their Global Marketing Communications team in developing and completing innovative and effective global marketing across their family of brands.
What you’ll do:
- Visual identity development and creation.
- Apply design system thinking across the end-to-end marketing ecosystem for the brands and corporate identity.
- Produce creative assets, and develop ideas for how our brands' value propositions and positioning come to life.
- Partner across the company to develop a deep understanding of our brands.
- Guide art direction to craft meaningful and inspiring work.
- Use insights that resolve strategic problems.
- Develop strong, conceptual, big ideas.
- Present work to senior creative leadership and executives.
- Work with external partners and agencies.
- Can work flexibly and fluidly, build trust with others, and see the big picture while keeping an eye on every detail.
Who you are:
- Hands-on experience as a Midweight Designer, specifically within brand design.
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of brand design with experience working with global brands.
- Experienced in brand creation from concept designs to production delivery.
- Experience in the creation of building design guidelines and toolkits.
- Understanding of user-centred design, responsive design, mobile-first design.
- Good understanding of industry standard tools (Figma and Adobe Creative Suite).
- Efficient, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong multi-tasking skills; able to prioritize own work and manage time effectively.
- Articulate and confident in presenting work.
