About the Team & the Role
We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organized Studio Production Assistant to support the daily operations of a bustling broadcast studio located at our client's headquarters. In this hands-on role, you will work closely under the guidance of senior staff to ensure all studio activities run seamlessly and efficiently.
This position is the operational backbone of the studio environment. Your day-to-day efforts in managing technical equipment, coordinating complex broadcast schedules, and assisting with vital administrative tasks will be crucial to the overall success of the production team.
What You Will Do
Studio Operations & Scheduling
- Assist in the day-to-day operations and smooth running of the broadcast studio.
- Help coordinate and manage daily broadcast schedules to ensure timely delivery of all productions.
Equipment Management & Team Support
- Manage, organize, and maintain studio equipment and physical production spaces.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and practical support to senior staff across various projects and tasks.
What You Bring to the Table
- Industry Experience: Previous hands-on experience working within a studio, production, or broadcast environment.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic technical skills and familiarity with standard studio and broadcasting equipment.
