Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and execute commerce-driven marketing strategies tailored to category and channel-specific challenges.
- Navigate global-to-local market complexities (e.g. Dark and Light markets, varied drinking cultures) to enhance business performance.
- Think holistically across the entire purchase journey, collapsing funnels and extracting key tension points to activate within marketing.
- Lead strategic initiatives that bridge global brand objectives with local market execution.
- Work closely with inter-agency teams to ensure seamless collaboration and strategic alignment.
- Stay ahead of AI advancements and integrate technology-driven solutions into commerce strategies.
- Identify and unlock roadblocks, providing clear direction and course correction within teams.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in commerce, TTL, category management, and channel strategy.
- Strong understanding of the nuances between on-trade and off-trade, and how they translate into eCommerce.

- Can inspire & lead a team.
- Can go toe to toe with a CMO.
- Navigate interagency relationships.
- A driver of thought leadership.
Profile:
- A strategic heavyweight—on the cusp of partner level but driven by impactful work rather than team management.
- Adept at troubleshooting challenges and driving momentum within complex projects.
- Culturally inquisitive, plugged into modern trends and market shifts.
- A purposefully provocative strategist who balances pushing for clarity with getting the job done efficiently.
