We’re looking for an experienced Senior Social & Content Strategist to join a leading Consumer & Brand team, working across major clients with both UK and global relevance. This is a senior, hands-on strategy role for someone who understands how to build social strategies that translate into strong consumer campaigns and engaging content. You’ll work closely with Influence, PR and Creative teams, bringing together different disciplines to develop ideas that can scale across social.

  • Freelance / B2B contract
  • Hybrid, 3–4 days per week in London

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing social strategies for major UK and global clients
  • Partnering with Influence, PR and Creative teams to develop integrated consumer campaigns
  • Leading social ideation and shaping content approaches across TikTok and Instagram
  • Overseeing social content from initial thinking and planning through to delivery
  • Managing and providing direction to Social Managers and Content Creators
  • Acting as the strategic social lead with clients, confidently presenting recommendations and guiding the direction of their social activity
  • Working closely with and reporting into the Social & Content Director

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong experience developing social strategy for major consumer brands
  • A solid understanding of TikTok and Instagram and what makes content work across each platform
  • Experience developing integrated campaigns alongside PR, Influence and Creative teams
  • The ability to turn broader brand and campaign objectives into clear social strategies and content direction
  • Experience leading Social Managers, Content Creators or wider social teams
  • Confidence working directly with senior clients as their strategic social point of contact
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to contribute to ideation while maintaining a clear strategic direction
