The Global Data & Analytics Engagement Manager covers two major areas.
Global Marketing/Media Mix Modeling (MMM) Program Manager: This includes coordinating within scoped market teams across US, LATAM, APAC, Europe and all segments, ensuring adherence to established processes, and driving the timely delivery of high-quality data for analysis and decision-making. This role is crucial for delivering our brilliant basics and making sure we have a critical tool that allows us to make data informed decisions when it comes to media planning and optimisation.
Driving data provision and engagement for mAllocate: our brand budgeting tool, across our 70 markets. This includes working with tool experts and supporting them in the yearly calibration process by being the person who is connected to our people on the ground. As part of the global Data & Analytics Team, you will help contribute to the global agenda and demonstrate the value that our global network provides to our client.
Accountabilities:
- MMM Program Manager
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of the global MMM program, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the process.
- Maintain and help to evolve the standardized processes and documentation for data collection and quality control.
- Collaborate with market teams across all segments to ensure their engagement e.g. via weekly stand-ups, be the point of escalation or if needed hands-on support.
- Collaborate with the MMM product team to identify and implement improvements to the process based on market feedback.
- Lead the engagement with 70+ markets to ensure timely and accurate data provision for mAllocate, our brand budgeting tool.
- Support in delivering training programs to market teams on mAllocate usage, data requirements, and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support to market teams, addressing their questions and resolving any data-related challenges.
- Collaborate with the mAllocate product team to identify and implement improvements to the tool based on market feedback.
Experience:
- Ideally global/multi market/multi timezone experience
- Experience working on Data & Analytics projects/clients from a PM perspective
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across different cultures and geographies.
- Analytical and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- SCRUM/Agile working skills will be helpful.
