An AI company is evolving how they package, position, and price their voice AI products as they continue to scale their self-serve and PLG motion alongside enterprise sales. They are looking for a Packaging, Positioning, and Pricing Specialist to help shape how their products are presented to the market, from tier structure and naming through to value articulation and pricing models. This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Product, Marketing, Revenue, and beyond to translate product capability into clear, compelling commercial propositions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Define and evolve product packaging and tiering across our self-serve and enterprise offerings, including naming, feature differentiation, and upgrade paths.
- Develop clear market positioning that reflects customer value, use cases, and buying intent – particularly within a PLG context.
- Design and iterate pricing models that support growth, conversion, and expansion, balancing simplicity with revenue optimisation.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Growth teams to ensure alignment between product strategy, go-to-market execution, and commercial outcomes.
- Use customer, usage, and market data to test assumptions, inform decisions, and measure impact.
Who we are looking for:
- Proven experience in product packaging, positioning, and pricing – ideally within a B2B SaaS or developer-led product.
- Strong analytical capability, with comfort working with usage data, market insights, and commercial metrics.
- Ability to distil complex products into clear, customer-led propositions.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams.
Duration: 1 month (part-time)
Location: Mainly remote, occasional visits to the London or Cambridge office.
