We are looking for two seasoned Planning Leads to join our team to enhance strategic planning for government campaigns. This role will focus on developing top-of-funnel strategies, managing media planning, and allocating channel budgets. You will act as a critical player in managing multiple small campaigns independently while supporting the Planning Director and collaborating closely with a senior executive to streamline workloads.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Translate overarching strategies into detailed and actionable media plans, effectively using planning tools to optimise campaign outcomes.
  • Budgeting: Precisely determine channel budgets, ensuring the smooth facilitation of the planning stages before passing over to activation teams for execution.
  • Operational Execution: Efficiently juggle a high volume of campaigns simultaneously, maintaining a high level of autonomy and rapid decision-making to meet tight deadlines.
  • Team Collaboration: Engage actively with the Planning Director and senior executives, providing strategic insights on campaign delivery while supporting overall team objectives.

Role requirements:
