Responsibilities:
- Serve as a main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Understand clients’ business goals, challenges and competitive landscape to provide strategic media advice.
- Collaborate with the wider client and specialist teams to ensure all campaigns deliver to client objectives and are planned, implemented and reported upon effectively.
- Work closely with local markets across APAC, EMEA and LATAM, able to coordinate assets and keep campaigns on track, chasing where needed.
- Monitor campaign performance, analysing key metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimisation, working closely with the Performance team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of media plans and alignment on campaign goals and deliverables.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, using data analytics to measure the effectiveness of media strategies and identify areas for improvement, highlighting key insights and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- You possess a strong understanding of media planning, buying and performance analysis with knowledge of digital, traditional and emerging media channels.
- A focus on DV360/ YouTube is key, along with other digital channels.
- You have a proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering successful media campaigns.
- You have high attention to detail, able to review and QA media plans before they are sent to clients.
- You have excellent spoken and written communication skills with proven expertise in presentation storytelling to deliver impactful, persuasive proposals to clients.
- You can develop and implement strategic media plans using media planning and analytics tools.
- You stay informed about emerging technologies, including AI and are open to exploring how automation and AI tools can enhance creativity, performance and efficiency in media.
- You have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
